One point of contact on the wedding team while you plan, and the barn crew has the horses ready before guests arrive.

Every quote is written, with every line itemized, including applicable taxes and the 3.6% payment processing charge.
Site visits booked online
Bring your couple on a site visit of about an hour, booked online.
Something guests remember
A horseback entrance, pony rides and the Western Experience, run by our own horse team. Every horse stays with a trained handler.

- Eight pods on the bluff, all eight with the Coastal Weekend
- Horses
- Every horse with a trained handler; guests don't handle the horses. Every participant signs the OVS Participant Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risk before any hands-on activity with a horse or other animal, and before a stay in the pods; a parent or guardian signs for a minor

A written quote at trade rates, with every line itemized.
Hold the date
A signed agreement and the non-refundable deposit, 25% of the quoted total, hold the date. Once we accept it, we take the date off the market.
