Five interactive attractions, run by our own horse team, for the hours between the ceremony and dinner or for the whole reception.
Guests, and especially the kids, get to meet horses and try something they will talk about long after the last dance. Our handlers set up, supervise every guest who takes part and pack out, so your coordinator has nothing extra to manage. Add one attraction or all five; each is a line on your quote.
The attractions and prices
Priced per event day: up to 8 hours on site, the same price for 2 hours or 8, with a 1-hour break midday on days over 6 hours. Animals, trained handlers and equipment are included in every attraction.

The kids table, solved
Guided horse rides and the petting zoo give younger guests something to look forward to while the adults take photos and find their seats. Every rider is hand-walked by a handler, and every animal interaction is supervised.
For the party crowd
The mechanical bull and learn-to-rope bring the reception to life, at a welcome party or on the night itself. Timed rodeo rounds for the adults, gentle rides for the younger guests, all inside an inflatable safety arena.
Questions about the Western Experience
Yes. Each attraction is a line on your quote, on top of the Bluff Ceremony, the Coastal Ranch Package or the Coastal Weekend.
Rides are open to eligible guests. Horse riders must weigh 240 lb or less, and age and height guidelines for each attraction are confirmed on your quote. Every rider is individually supervised.
Yes. Guided horse rides, the mechanical bull and the petting zoo require the OVS Participant Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risk, signed first by every participant; a parent or guardian signs for a minor.
Yes. The same team brings the Western Experience to weddings and celebrations across the Bay Area and Northern California, subject to venue approval, site suitability, insurance and permits.
