Your vendors, your choice
- Your caterer. Any licensed, insured caterer is welcome. No fee to bring one in.
- Your florist, photographer, DJ or band.
- Your planner, or add our on-site coordinator for $800.
- Or use ours. We can cater in-house, and we rent tables and chairs including Chiavari chairs and farm tables.
- The Cowboy Cookout — our five-course western meal, popular for the Friday rehearsal dinner.
We do not take a commission on any vendor you hire, and we do not keep a list you are required to book from. On a 130-guest wedding that is usually worth several thousand dollars to you. Ask us for in-house catering and rental pricing.

How booking works
1. Tour
About an hour. We walk the bluff, the barn, the lawn and the tiny houses.
2. Quote
A written quote with every line itemised, usually the same day.
3. Hold your date
Signed agreement and deposit. We only run one wedding at a time.
4. Plan
One point of contact from that day until your last dance.
Come see it before you decide
Photographs do not do the bluff justice, and they definitely do not do the horses justice.
