The packages
Bluff Ceremony
Tuesday to Thursday, three hours, 2 to 20 guests
- Three hours on the ceremony bluff
- Seating for up to 20 guests
- On-site parking and restrooms
- The run of the grounds for photographs, with the horses in view
Vow renewals and anniversaries are welcome on the same terms.

The Coastal Ranch Package
Six hours of event time for up to 150 guests
- The ranch to yourselves for the day
- The ceremony site on the bluff, facing the ocean
- The reception lawn and the hay barn
- Restrooms, and on-site parking for more than 100 vehicles
- A setup and breakdown window either side of your event time
- The run of the grounds for photographs
- Amplified music until 10:00 PM

The Coastal Weekend
Friday to Sunday, with all eight pods on the bluff for Friday and Saturday nights
- Everything in the Coastal Ranch Package
- All eight pods for Friday and Saturday nights: four Large Pods and four Tiny Houses
- A rehearsal on Friday, the wedding on Saturday, a farewell brunch on Sunday

Trade partners book the same packages and wedding add-ons at preferred rates, below the published rates on this page; the Western Experience attractions are 20% below the published rates on this page when the wedding is here on our own property. Tell us about your company and we will reply with our trade rates.

Prices are per event day: up to 8 hours on site, the same price for 2 hours or 8, with a 1-hour break midday on days over 6 hours. The same team also brings the Western Experience to weddings at other venues. See the Western Experience for weddings
Pods with the Bluff Ceremony or the Coastal Ranch Package are added to your quote. The stays page has the pods, their rates and the rules for staying on the ranch.
The horseback entrance, pony rides, the horse photo session, the petting zoo, guided horse rides, the mechanical bull and stays in the pods require the OVS Participant Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risk, signed first by every participant; a parent or guardian signs for a minor.
Food, drink and rentals
Your caterer, or ours
Bring any licensed, insured caterer, with no fee to bring one in, no commission and no required list. Or ask us for per-guest pricing on in-house catering, or on the Cowboy Cookout, a five-course western meal.
Drinks
Add our beer and wine bar, or raise another arrangement with us early; licensing and insurance requirements apply.
Tables and chairs
Tables, farm tables, folding chairs and Chiavari chairs can be added to your quote.
Deposits and payments
A date is held by a signed agreement and the deposit. The payment schedule, from our Terms and Conditions, effective 4 August 2026:
9.1 Deposit. 25% of the quoted total is due on acceptance and is non-refundable. It secures your date: once we accept it we take the date off the market, decline other enquiries for it, and begin committing staff, horses and third-party suppliers.
9.2 Second payment. A further 25% (50% cumulative) is due 90 days before the event date.
9.3 Balance and final numbers. The balance, and your final guest count, are due 30 days before the event date. After that date, increases are charged at the rates on your quotation, and reductions do not reduce the amount payable.
